To rent a car with MobiCars, you need to make an online reservation in a few simple steps:

1. Go to the online booking form;
2. Indicate the rental period and place;
3. Select your preferred car by category, class;
4. Select the necessary accessories or additional options;
5. Complete the short form by entering your details or log in to have the form automatically completed;
6. Add a comment in the "Additional information, comments" field with the text "I want to pick up unattended via the Mobicars application";
7. Confirm and submit your order to confirm your reservation;
8. Once you receive confirmation of vehicle availability, pay in full with your card online to confirm your reservation;
9. We will send you a link to download the application, then you will be asked to provide the necessary data to activate your account;
10. Once your account is accepted in the Mobicars app, you will be able to pick up your car via the app;

For your convenience, we also offer the option of renting a car via our hotline or directly at our office.

The car may be fully fueled or with a different fuel level, e.g. half a tank, 1/4, and must be returned with the same level.

You must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving license for at least one year.

The validity of driving licenses in Poland is regulated by EU regulations for all EU countries and the Vienna Convention for other countries. Holders of a license other than those listed in the directives described above must present an international driving permit (IDP). They must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving license for at least one year.

Failure to meet the above requirements does not exclude you from renting, but a security deposit will be required.

No, our rental company has no mileage limits when traveling within Poland.

When traveling outside of Poland, a mileage limit of 400 km/day applies. This limit applies for the entire duration of the reservation.

Our fleet consists of new vehicles, no older than 3-4 years. They are fully insured for comprehensive coverage, third-party liability insurance, personal accident insurance, and assistance. However, your liability to us for vehicle damage depends on the Protection Package you select when booking.

Traveling abroad is possible with the rental company's consent, for which a fee is charged according to the Price List. Traveling abroad may depend on the rental length. A mileage limit of 400 km/day applies. For details, please contact our customer service office.
