Insurance Comfort

The Lessee's liability for a damage event and theft may be limited or excluded provided that one of the protection packages is purchased. Reduced additional fees and penalties in the case of using a given protection package are included in Annex No. 2 "Protection Packages" of the Standard Contract Terms. Protection Packages do not exclude or limit liability in the event of: failure to comply with any of the conditions of the obligations described in §7 section 2, as well as in the event of intentional damage, damage to the vehicle interior (e.g. upholstery, functional elements, cockpit), deficiencies in purchased extras or accessories as well as deficiencies in the vehicle equipment or its parts (regardless of the circumstances), e.g. key or vehicle card, registration certificate, damage to tires and windows (unless covered by insurance).

Insurance Comfort reduces financial liability for theft of the vehicle and for any event that caused damage to the vehicle during the rental, which cannot be repaired under the third party liability insurance of another road user - the perpetrator of the event. The condition for the protection to be effective is that any damage is reported to the Lessor immediately after being noticed by the User and that all activities described in §7 section 2 of the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Agreement are carried out.
